NOTIFICATION: Aquaclinics & Aquapreneurship Development programme (AC&ADP)

National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, sponsored by National Fisheries development Board, Hyderabad, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India has launched a novel training programme entitled Aquaclinics & Aquapreneurship Development programme (AC & DP) to promote Aquapreneurship through Aquaclinics/Aqua One Centre in every state of the country to fulfill the farmers requirements as well as self sustained employment. To facilitate the above, Government of India has selected National Centre for Aquatic Animal Health, Cochin University of Science and Technology as one among the ten Nodal Training Institutes in the country. In this programme 30 prospective aqua entrepreneurs having either Diploma/ Undergraduate/ or postgraduate degree in Marine Biology/Fisheries/Industrial Fisheries/Aquaculture will be given one month long training at National Centre for Aquatic Animal Health, Lakeside campus, Fine Arts Avenue, Cochin- 682016 to develop them for entrepreneurship in Aquaculture. The training programme has been scheduled on February 2019.
